At Elia Hikes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories included.
Note: Products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for return.
Return Process

Review: Our team will review your request and confirm if the item qualifies for a return.
Pickup: If approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected or provide instructions on how to return it.
Refund Method
Since we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be processed as cash refunds at the time of product pickup or as arranged with you directly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.
